TanZirkus-Festival
STUDIO BATTLE
The Urban Arts Department again invites you to the monthly Dance Battle in our Studio, when dancers from North Rhine-Westphalia and beyond battle it out in different dance styles. Whether you want to be in the audience or on the dance floor – everyone’s invited!
We regularly offer taster workshops, develop new formats and organise big events such as PottClash Festival . For more information, please see our programme flyers, the current monthly event guide or our events list..
This years PottClash Festival will take place in the spring of 2027 at Theater Oberhausen – with its battles in breakdance, popping, locking, krumping and other styles, PottClash is not only a breathtaking competition, but a tribute to the diversity of urban dance culture!
The AFRO LIGHT FESTIVAL will once again connect Afro-Music, Dance and Urban Arts for a vibing festival.
